We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
Delivery routes and timing depend on your postal code and the carrier handling your parcel.

2. Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.
During busy periods or sales events, processing may take a little longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed by email.

3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping: every order ships free of charge, with no minimum spend required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has left our facility, you can typically expect:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–13 business days from purchase
  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (EST)
  • Time zone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Please note: these timings are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or severe winter weather. Deliveries to remote areas and the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) may take longer.

5. Duties & Taxes

6. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Some products may have additional shipping limitations based on Canadian regulations or our carrier’s policies.

7. Failed Deliveries or Returned Parcels
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, a missed delivery attempt or refusal at the door, the parcel may be returned to us.
If that happens, we’ll contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for a second attempt.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at info@hazel-bennet.com.
We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a solution as quickly as possible.
